Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to the NemKad Affiliate Program run by NEMKAD SOLUTIONS, registration number 202603223322 (003882261-V) ("NemKad", "we"). They add to our Terms of Service.

1. Who can join. NemKad members aged 18 or over with at least 10 accepted connections and an account in good standing. Joining is free and needs no purchase.
2. What you earn. 25% of each Premium payment made by a member you referred, for as long as they keep paying for Premium. Commission is calculated on the amount they paid after any discount, excluding tax.
3. Referrals. A referral counts when someone signs up for NemKad through your affiliate link. Your link is remembered for 60 days from the time they open it; if they sign up within that time, they are recorded as your referral permanently. You then earn commission on every Premium payment they make, whenever they upgrade — there is no deadline for them to buy. If they used more than one affiliate link, the first one counts. You can't refer yourself or another account you control.
4. One level only. You earn only on members you refer directly. There is no commission on people your referrals bring in.
5. Holding period. Each commission is held for 30 days in case of a refund or chargeback. Refunded or charged-back payments earn no commission, and any commission already paid on them is deducted from your next payout.
6. Payouts. When your available balance is at least US$50, we pay it by the 15th of the following month, by bank transfer to an account in your own name. Balances under US$50 carry over to the next month. You are responsible for any tax on your earnings.
7. Fair promotion. Don't send spam, run paid ads on the NemKad name, make claims about income, or describe NemKad features inaccurately. If you break these rules we may withhold unpaid commission and remove you from the program.
8. Leaving. You can leave at any time from the Affiliate Program page. Available commission of US$50 or more is paid in the next payout; smaller balances are paid once you ask us in writing.
9. Changes. We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. Commission you have already earned is still paid.
